ABOUT COACH VIVEK NAIK

Fitness has been my passion since I have been in school. I started playing football & volleyball at the age of 10, this passion leads to many opportunities to compete, being so much of active & healthy brings out an itch in me of being fit and to admire the knowledge regarding to fitness. Fitness to me is being active, healthy than just exercising.
If you're not active then you wouldn't be considered healthy, because you're not burning all the calories you've eaten. Fitness not always mean to be in a good shape, but doing any kind of physical activity, eating healthy and daily some amount of exercise and adequate rest helps you to keep fit.
Becoming a Coach come out of my own love of being fit/look aesthetic & nowadays it becomes difficult for people to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle. That’s where I step in! Passing my knowledge and experience on to my clients to help them improving their life, fills me rewarding
